A napkin sketch is an illustrative technique where the image tells a complete story. The name originally came from the architectural field but has become more well known in the tech start-up arena – basically came from quick concept drawings on a paper napkin. Hence ‘napkin sketch.’ It has grown into a useful business tool to deliver a message quickly.
